At Get Sassy Beauty Supply, we want you to love your look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused beauty products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like lashes, hair extensions, and opened cosmetics are final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Request a Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
